Due to such mental conditions, she faced problems while partying, clubbing and attending social gatherings. However, she resorted to various lifestyle changes which helped her in pulling herself out from an adverse mental state. Currently, she is free from any mental disorders and is living a healthy and happy life with her children.
3. Demi Lovato:
It is splendid how Demi Lovato has expressed about her struggle with self-harm, eating disorders and bipolar disorder, for which she had previously taken help from rehab. She has expressed how gaining inspiration from Beyoncé helped her fight this mental illness that she faced. Also, she hired a therapist who led her out of her struggle with anxiety and panicking.

It must be surprising to note that a popstar as well-organised and comfortable in public, as Justin Bieber suffered from the mental illness called pressure of fame. He expressed his plight as to how he felt pressurised to fulfil public expectations at the cost of his own mental fitness.
