This is an EVISU jumpsuit that was custom-ordered at an authorized store over 10 years ago.

The overall design features black and white stripes. The front features a pink seagull, while the back features a pink seagull and the kanji character for "Ebisu" (戎).

This type of jumpsuit is not commonly available. It's a rare item, so you're unlikely to see anyone else wearing the same one.
