about 21"-22" shoulder to bottom, depending on how you adjust ruching
***an FYI, near back left shoulder neckline, it looks prefer poor manufacturing sewing job, where they double over the overlock thread, it looks a lil sloppy, see pic

style with pleated twirl skirt or devotion midi maxi skirt
